HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER A CAKE?
Because all cakes are made from scratch, we ask that you give at least 3 weeks lead time for any cake inquiry.
CAN I ORDER A GLUTEN-FREE, VGEGAN OR OTHER ALLERGY-FRIENDLY CAKE?
At this time Broken Biscuit does not offer dietary specialty cakes. This is a small operation and with your safety and health in mind, it would be best not to risk it. Thank for your understanding.
HOW DOES CAKE PICK-UP WORK?
Cake pick-ups work best on the day of your event, but the day before can work as well, as long as you have adequate refrigeration space! All pick-ups are from my home in Midlothian. Cake delivery is available for a fee depending on where you are located.
DO YOU OFFER WEDDING CAKE TASTINGS?
Yes! We offer 1.5 hour cake tasting + design consultation with all our bridal couples. In this experience, I will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how the Broken Biscuit Wedding Cake ordering process flows, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of our most popular, crowd-pleasing flavor combinations. This consultation will also give you the chance to walk me through what you are looking for in your wedding cake design for your big day.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do offer gift cards for local charities and fundraisers only. If you are not local and are interesting gifting a cake to a loved one in the RVA area, reach out and we will see what we can do!
